I'm unable to register as sms verification is not arriving. O_o EDIT: I contacted the service desk to report an issue with SMS verification delivery. After a few days, I received a dozen strange phone calls, after which the SMS verifications finally started to arrive. Eventually, I managed to register.

App isn't working anymore. I got logged out and when I try to reset my password, the verification code does not arrive, no matter what I do. I tried the app support, after giving all the data required, I got an answear to check if I got my country code right and to try another day?!?! So now there is no way for me to use the app and the purchase of the watch was useless.

Binding app with E1 watch passed fine, video calls and messaging works but only and exclusively thru the app, while ordinary calls go without app. Gave every permission app asked for but SMS is not working on the watch, I get notifications about SMS sent to watch phone number in the app but the watch doesn't show anything even if I send SMS from admin phone number. In contacts list I can't change avatar picture, whatever I choose - take picture or choose picture from library, app returns to the details of the contact without changing the picture. Locating the watch works but accuracy is not so good, difference is 30 to 50 meters from child location although the watch has internet connection and GPS is on tracking mode which is not that bad but still not excellent as it's supposed to be for an Android running device. Automatic update worked for the first update, I'll see later when newer updates will be available how it's going to pass. To be honest, for the price of the watch I expected more, both from the watch and the app for controlling it.
